Design Process

At SC Cabinetry & Design, we make the design process smooth, collaborative, and tailored to your vision. Here’s what to expect when working with us:

Contact & Schedule a Showroom Meeting

Reach out to us to schedule your initial consultation at one of our showrooms. We’ll walk you through your options and get to know your style, needs, and project goals.

Select Your Designer & Provide Retainer

Choose the designer you’d like to work with. A design retainer is required to begin the project (waived for builders and contractors).

In-Home Assessment

We visit your space to take measurements, assess layout possibilities, and ensure we have everything we need for an accurate design.

04

Preliminary Design

We’ll create a custom design based on your space, style, and budget. You’ll review the layout and make initial changes as needed.

05

Final Selections

Together, we’ll finalize your cabinet style, finishes, hardware, and any other design elements to bring your vision to life.

06

Approve & Place Your Order

Once everything is just right, you’ll approve the layout/design and we’ll place your cabinet order. From there, we’ll keep you updated on when your cabinets will arrive on site!
